SHIPPING INFORMATION
SHIPPING WORLDWIDE
We offer free International Priority shipping worldwide. Most orders are usually shipped within two weeks or less but some small delays can occur during busy periods. Please note that most of our products are made to order, once an order is confirmed you can aspect delivery within approximately two weeks. Italian Holidays might affect the delivery time and cause delays beyond our control. Most orders are shipped from Italy through DHL EXPRESS.
Please note that at the moment we are unable to ship to FPO/APO addresses and to PO Boxes.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are usually processed, packaged and dispatched within 5-7 business days after confirmation. International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. Shipping, duties and taxes, when applicable, are non refundable. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, or to PO Boxes.
Alessandro Vasini will only deliver packages to the address that was requested when your order was placed. We do not re-route any packages and does not offer location pickup service.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
For technical reasons, it is not possible to cancel your order once it has been confirmed. We therefore ask you to please check the product and size carefully before finalizing your order. Unfortunately, after receipt of the shipping confirmation, you are not able to make any changes to your order anymore.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and the respective tracking number. If you have set-up a personal account with Alessandro Vasini, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment in My Account. If you are not registered yet, you can still track your orders here but we still suggest to sign up to comfortably track your future orders.
