Most orders are usually delivered within 5-10 business days but during busy periods some delays might occur.
Please note that our boots and shoes are very in high demand and certain sizes or colors are continuously backordered as they sell out, this might result in a longer than usual processing time before shipping. We always try our best to stay within the usual delivery time but some delay can occur.
Italian Holidays might affect the delivery time and cause delays beyond our control.
We ship both from ITALY and from the USA.
Please note that at the moment we are unable to ship to FPO/APO addresses and to PO Boxes.
Orders are usually confirmed, packaged and dispatched within 2-5 business days after the order is placed. International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates. Shipping, duties and taxes, when applicable, are nonrefundable. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, or to a PO Boxes.
Alessandro Vasini will only deliver packages to the address that was requested when your order was placed. We do not re-route any packages and does not offer location pickup service.
For selected group(s) of styles on www.alessandrovasini.com, that are not immediately available but coming very soon, we may provide customers with the option to place a "Pre-order" for these item(s). When a customer places an Pre-order, Alessandro Vasini will provide an estimated shipping/ availability date, which may be subject to variations but is usually within 3 weeks. Once the item(s) becomes available, we will process and ship your order. At this point, you will receive a shipping notification via email. In the event that the item(s) does not become available at the communicated shipping/ availability date, we will notify you via email. You will be apprised of the order status and given the opportunity to cancel the order, or to agree to a future delivery date.
For U.S. orders consisting of both Pre-Order items and regular items, we will ship the regular item first and then the Pre-Order/ back-order item(s) will be shipped once the item(s) becomes available. For orders consisting of multiple Pre-Order items with different delivery dates, we will ship the items as they become available.
For Canadian orders, we will ship the order once everything arrives in stock and orders will be shipped in accordance with the foregoing or within the thirty (30) days set forth in the Ontario Consumer Protection Act.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
For technical reasons, it is not possible to change your order once it has been shipped. We therefore ask you to please check your shopping bag carefully before finalizing your order. Unfortunately, after receipt of the Shipping Confirmation, you are not able to cancel your order anymore. All items purchased at the Alessandro Vasini Online Store can be returned within 30 days, free of charge. In case you need further support, please contact our Customer Service:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and the respective tracking number. If you have set-up a personal account with Alessandro Vasini, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment in My Account. If you are not registered yet, you can still track your orders here but we still suggest to sign up to comfortably track your future orders.
All items purchased at the Alessandro Vasini Online Store can be returned within 30 days from delivery. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can provide a return label and instructions.
Please note that at present we can only accept returns and faulty goods that have been purchased from the Alessandro Vasini official online store. If you would like to return goods that have been purchased from somewhere else, please go directly to the shop where you purchased the goods.
IMPORTANT RETURN INFORMATION
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. Items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged. Returns must be sent back using the return label provided by our customer support team, we won't take any responsibility for products sent back with alternative methods not approved by us.
Returns requested within 30 days are eligible for a store credit for the full amount paid for the item that is being returned and that can be used for any product available in our online store.
For multiple returns at the same time, we might need to consider all the eventual costs of shipping and duties based on the total order. We reserve the right to reject future orders if we see our return policy has been abused with multiple returns.
Final sale items are not refundable but only returnable for store credit within our online store.
Products that are made to order as per customer’s request and specifications cannot be returned.
RETURNS FOR SHOES
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
For a simple return, please contact our Customer Care team (email@example.com) to get a return label and instructions. Once your return has been received, it will be checked and processed by our warehouse and you will be notified by e-mail. If your order is eligible for refund, the refund will be processed to the credit/debit card or account originally used for payment. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank.
Please note that if you have received a gift and would like to return it for a refund, the person who originally purchased the gift will receive the refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Currently, it is not possible to return the items to an Alessandro Vasini Retail Store.
For orders shipped outside Europe or the USA, Alessandro Vasini cannot refund the original shipping costs, duties, taxes and fees. If you are returning a purchase, you are eligible for a store credit of all or a portion of the duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information. If duties and shipping was included in your order we still have to consider those costs at the time of the refund.
Merchandise returned to our warehouse will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. When apply, refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, etc..
Orders purchased using Affirm are subject to the loan agreement.
If you need to exchange the product for a different size, you would need to place a new order for the product/size you need using the store credit we provide and return your current purchase.
